who we are
heartcoded is an independent creator-commerce venture operating from India. We design and host customisable interactive love-pages — also called “templates” — that buyers personalise and share with recipients. You can reach us at @heartt.coded on Instagram.
what we collect
When you use heartcoded.store, we may collect:
- Information you provide directly: recipient name, your name, occasion, message, photos, audio links, video clips, and any other text you enter while customising a template.
- Payment-related details: when you pay through UPI or (in future) Razorpay, the transaction reference number (UTR), amount, and timestamp. We do not see or store your bank account number, debit/credit card details, or UPI PIN.
- Technical information: your browser type, device, IP address, and basic usage analytics, automatically collected by Vercel (our hosting provider) and Google Tag Manager for site reliability.
how we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- Generate your custom love-page and host it under a unique URL.
- Verify your payment and deliver your link.
- Respond to your messages, requests, or complaints.
- Improve the templates and the site experience.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to any third party for marketing.
where your data lives
- Photos & videos you upload are stored on Cloudinary (a third-party CDN) and served to whoever has your unique page URL.
- Text fields (name, message, etc.) are encoded into your shareable URL itself.
- Payment metadata is processed by Razorpay (once activated) under their own privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.
cookies & tracking
heartcoded.store uses minimal cookies, primarily for session management. Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics may set cookies for anonymous traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you what data we hold about you.
- Update or correct it.
- Delete your published page or any associated photos.
- Opt out of any future communications.

children
heartcoded is intended for users aged 18 and above. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it.
changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on our Instagram.
