refund policy

the short version

heartcoded sells digital products that are custom-built around your photos, text, and message. Once we’ve delivered your unique URL, we generally cannot “take it back” — but if something genuinely went wrong, talk to us. We’re a small team, we want you happy.

refundable scenarios

You qualify for a full refund if:

  • Your URL was never delivered within 24 hours of successful payment, despite multiple follow-ups via Instagram DM.
  • Payment was charged twicefor the same template by accident. Send us the two transaction screenshots and we’ll refund the duplicate within 7 working days.
  • The page is technically brokenon launch (won’t load, photos missing, message corrupted) and we are unable to fix it within 48 hours.

non-refundable scenarios

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • “I changed my mind” after the page has been delivered. Each page is hand-crafted with your photos and details — once you have the URL, the work has been done.
  • The recipient didn’t like itor didn’t respond as you hoped. We can’t guarantee specific reactions; we only guarantee that the page renders correctly with your inputs.
  • You provided incorrect details (wrong name, blurry photos, etc.) and the page reflects what you submitted. You can edit the page yourself anytime via the editor — no need for a refund.
  • Free templates (₹0). There is nothing to refund.

how to request a refund

  1. DM @heartt.codedon Instagram with the subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Share: payment screenshot, date, your name as on the payment, your page URL, and the reason.
  3. We respond within 2 working days with our decision.
  4. If approved, refund is processed via the original payment method (UPI or Razorpay) within 7 working days.

cancellation

Since we deliver the URL within 24 hours of payment, cancellation between payment and delivery is rare. If you change your mind during that window, DM us as soon as possible. We will refund 100% if we haven’t started crafting your page yet, or 50% if work has begun.

payment platform refunds

For payments made via Razorpay (once activated), refunds follow Razorpay’s standard reversal timeline (typically 5-7 working days back to your bank/UPI). For manual UPI payments, refunds are sent directly to the same UPI ID you paid from, within 7 working days of approval.
