These terms govern your use of heartcoded.store (the “site”, “we”, “our”, “us”), an independent venture operating from India. By using the site, customising a template, or paying for a love-page, you agree to these terms.
what we offer
heartcoded sells customisable interactive web pages (“templates”) — birthdays, apologies, anniversaries, flowers, and more. You add your own text, photos, and audio links; we host the resulting page at a unique URL under heartcoded.store, accessible to anyone who has the link.
pricing & payment
- Each template has a clearly displayed price in INR. Launch tier: ₹99 for the first 30 customers; price increases as the launch tier fills up.
- Payment is collected via UPI (manual flow at launch) and Razorpay (once activated). All prices are in Indian Rupees.
- Once a payment is verified, we deliver your unique URL within 2 hours (manual flow) or instantly (Razorpay flow).
- A page is considered “delivered” when its URL has been sent to you via Instagram DM, email, or shown directly on the site.
your responsibilities
By using heartcoded, you agree:
- You have the right to use any photos, music links, names, or text you submit. heartcoded is not responsible for content you upload.
- You will not upload content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, or violates someone else's privacy or copyright.
- You will not use heartcoded to harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
- You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
our responsibilities
- We make reasonable efforts to keep the site online, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We back up your photos on Cloudinary and your page data through our hosting partner (Vercel).
- We do not guarantee that any specific person will love your page — but we'll iterate on feedback to make it better.
intellectual property
- The template designs, code, brand name “heartcoded”, and aesthetic are owned by the heartcoded team.
- You retain ownership of the content you upload (your photos, text, messages). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display the content on your unique page URL.
- You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the template designs.
third-party services
heartcoded relies on the following third parties: Vercel (hosting), Cloudinary (photo CDN), Razorpay (payments — once activated), Spotify/YouTube/Apple Music (music embeds), Google Tag Manager (analytics), Instagram (DMs and payment screenshots). Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to their parts of the service.
termination
We reserve the right to remove any page that violates these terms, without prior notice. We may also refund and remove pages where payment is later disputed or fraudulent.
liability
heartcoded is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data, lost relationships, or reputational harm.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
